Notre premier visiteur ! Entre le 3 et le 6 janvier, Lucie Wetchoko est venue se détendre mais aussi travailler à la préparation de cette année qui commence.
Le temps étant toujours froid, nous en avons profité pour travailler intensément et mettre en place tout ce qu'il fallait pour bien commencer cette nouvelle aventure.
Mais samedi après-midi, courageuse et enthousiaste, Lucie est partie en promenade avec Wim pour rejoindre le centre ville. Courageux les amis, à -5°c je les ai récupérés frigorifiés !
Mais nous nous sommes réchauffés dans le Rooftop café de l'hotel Sense où la vue est vraiment très sympa.
Nous sommes ensuite partis, en quête d'un restaurant. Nous avons découvert par accident un endroit surprenant dans tous les sens : Kosmos ! Un restaurant dont la décoration est vraiment recherchée, sur la thématique de l'espace et où nous avons pu déguster un menu gastronomique végétarien vraiment délicieux. Et surtout le service ! Un vrai plaisir et une superbe soirée.

Our first visitor ! Between the 3rd and 6th of January, Lucie Wetchoko came to spend a few days of work and relaxation before the busy beginning of this new year.
It is still quite cold and we have plenty of time to work and set everything in place for a good start of Lucie's new adventures.
But on Saturday afternoon, curious to discover Sofia by daylight, Wim and Lucie decided to take a walk up to Nevski Cathedrale, in the old town center. When I finaly joined them, they were frozen with a -5°c temperature.
We went to warm ourselves a little to the Roof top café in the Hotel Sense from where the view on Sofia is really nice.
We then decided to find a restaurant to have dinner and ended up, completely by accidend, in the surprising restaurant Kosmos ! No only is the decoration on space theme very nicely done, but we enjoyed a vegetarian tasting menu that was a real joy. To help make this experience even better, we were granted the service of their best host !
